Season pass unavailable

I don't have access to the season pass from my ps5 before 20th January 2026 i a lot of season points are lost and i can't take my rewards. Do something. I have access from the companion app but some rewards are unavailable from the app like icons stuff. Do something to solve this. This problem is reported to you again and again. Come on!
