"Security Violation (84): DiscSoftLTD (Daemon Tools)"

Hi,
I’m getting the EA Anti-Cheat error “Security Violation (84): DiscSoftLTD (Daemon Tools). This software cannot be used at the same time as the game.” when trying to launch EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC (Steam).
I do NOT have Daemon Tools installed. I previously used reWASD but it is fully uninstalled.
I checked with pnputil /enum-drivers and there are no DiscSoft / Daemon / SPTD drivers on my system (only Microsoft / Nefarius).
I also used Revo Uninstaller to completely remove EA app and EA SPORTS FC 26, deleted leftovers, reinstalled everything and the error is still exactly the same.
EA Support created and escalated case ID 235498887 for this and told me to report it here as a possible bug / false positive.
Please investigate this, as there’s nothing more I can change on my PC.
