Severe FPS Drops and Stuttering on GTX 1650

I am experiencing very low FPS and constant stuttering in EA Sports FC 26 on my laptop. Even on the lowest settings, the game is not playable.

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 (4GB)

RAM: 16GB

CPU: Intel i5-11320H

Please optimize the game for mid-range GPUs.
