Still not receiving Clubs Rush Live Event Objective Rewards.

Clubs Rush Live Event still not working or giving me my rewards for winning the event, this is now a new tournament (end of season cup) but the same thing is still happening that I reported in the last tournament, (Triple Double Cup) last week, yet still nothing is being done about it by EA, what is going on with this game ? I'm currently 16000 coins out of pocket & 2 axp multipliers from the end of the Triple Double cup, now I'm out of pocket again from this new tournament, having also won that, communication with me is zero !! Why ? Bug reports filled out, technical issues report filled out, posts on twitter at the EA direct account & still nothing , absolutely nothing from you. That's 2 Live events in a row that I am not receiving my rewards for, what is going on, why is nothing being done about this, why are you not reading my bug reports, why are not responding to anything in bug reports.
