Super fast gameplay PC

EA, can you explain why after a few updates the PC gameplay has become ridiculously fast? You don't even have time to react.
Players are pulling off skill moves at lightning speed,
L1 dribbling is as slippery as drifting,
The tempo is like Formula 1 racing.
It's not just unplayable — it doesn't make any logical sense.
