Throw in glitch

Winning 8-2 in rivals an my opponent decided to do a throw in glitch and the clock now reads 169 mins and it’s going really slow

the glitch doesn’t allow me to get the ball as it is out of play in the opponent’s hands and I will probably have to leave.and the game doesn’t seem to be ending 

i would like to be awarded the 3 rivals points
