Tournaments Win Incorrectly Recorded- 500 FCPOINTS missing

Hi everyone,

I played the EAFC26 Champions League Round of 16 tournament at 14:30. I reached the final and won 3-2 but my opponent left the match early. The match screen showed Victory but the tournament system incorrectly registered it as a loss and I have not received the 500 FC Points reward.

This is especially frustrating because many players are using glitches to win matches without actually playing. Some opponents play with extremely high ping to force unfair losses. Even when you reach the final and win legitimately the system can still register it incorrectly.

I am posting this to document the issue so it can be reviewed by the EA game team as this seems to be a recurring problem affecting competitive matches.
