Tradeable packs giving untradeable rewards

Opened the tradeable rare players pack for 60 tokens in the moments store. I packed Ryan gravenberch (worth 120k) and frimpong (worth around 40k) in this pack but it won’t let sell them saying they’re untradeable even tho I opened a tradeable pack and have seen people opening the same pack and be able to sell their players they packed. Meaning I’m missing out on 150k plus of coins that I should be able to spend
