Two players are missing from the North American missions

Two players required for the North American missions are missing from my roster, making it impossible to complete the mission.

In addition, I claimed the mission rewards, but they were never added to my account. The rewards simply disappeared after being claimed, and I did not receive any of the items or players. The missing players are no longer in my roster, inventory, or reserves.

Please investigate this issue and restore the missing players and rewards to my account, as I am currently unable to progress in the event due to this bug.
