Unable to play division rivals or fut champs

"there's currently no active division rivals competition please check later"

I keep getting this message while ive trying to get into rivals for the past 3 days, already completed my 30 points and yet i havent received rewards either and apparently I wont be able to access fut champs as well. this is really frustrating the issue is not even being addressed officiall.

This happened after I relegated from Div 5 to 6. made multiple posts and contacted EA on every platform and yet there's no response, what a great experience man..

this must be fixed and compensated for immediately, totally unacceptable especially when I paid 100$!

Hey AIucarrd​ can you try with a different connection to see what happens?

Even using your phone as a hotspot would be great.

Hey EA_Darko​, I've tried 3 different service providers already and I still have the same issue, it seems like this problem is happening to a lot of people not just me and it's really frustrating especially when it causes me to lose a week of progress by missing rivals rewards :)

your prompt attention to this matter is crucial, will be missing out on fut champs as well if the problem continues..

And when I try to collect the rewards from the app it says failed to load Rivals. how are you going to fix this? and am I getting compensated for the missed rewards or just simply ignored? EA_Darko​
