Unfixable Transfermarket Issue

Very strange Transfer Market Problem 

I started playing this game in November, unlocked the transfer market, and started grinding in November.  From November to January, I was able to fully use the transfer market. However, after spending money (300-400 usd) on packs for the team of the year, I was soft-banned from the transfer market. I say soft-banned because I can still log in, look at my transfer list, bid, and buy players. However, when I go to list players or add a player to transfer targets, I can't. I received a message saying the transfer market is blocked for 24 hours.  This all has been fine until this point; however, it seems no matter how long I wait, the transfer market will not unlock. I have not played FIFA for 7 days, 2 days, 3 days, multiple times, not even logging in for 24 hours, but nothing fixes it.  I have spent so many hours on ea support, and every time they either say that they are working on this bug for the team or check back in 24 hours. It's been 2 months now I haven't been able to sell anything. I have never used these forums before, but I have no other way to get attention. I kindly ask the staff at EA to fix this problem so I can properly play the game, or allow me to refund my money. Kind regards. Below is the following.
