Update your graphical drivers I have same issue but it got better after I added -dx12 and -disablepagefilecheck to advanced launch options on steam and turned off memory integrity.

then put all settings on low but rendering is set to medium then locked my refresh rate to 60 with vsync on that’s the only way to fix this for now
