When will EA Sports read my message?

EA Sports, when will you fix this so that national team and  XI players can be transferred without duplicates? Whether I transfer XI Player and national team players, there are always duplicates. Also, the teamsheet doesn't save the selected 11 players, and it doesn't save the tactics either. When will EA Sports consider fixing this so that ordinary players like us can play normally?
