Wins not awarded in Seasons

Very often when an opponent quits the game whilst playing Seasons, the match result is not reported and you are not awarded the win. It happens so often it has made the game unplayable. It is also really infuriating.

In previous years, you could negate this by turning off cross-play. But this year, it doesn't make much difference. I am playing on Xbox Series X.

One of the claims during the advert for this year's game was that you'd fixed this issue. But it's now worse than it's ever been. This is also the 5th time I've reported this bug in the last 5 months. The game came out in September 2025. It's now May 2026, the football season is about to finish, and the issue still hasn't been fixed. If cross-play wasn't enabled in previous years, this issue wouldn't occur. So why is it such a problem with FC 26?

I've been playing Seasons since it was introduced in 2011. It is the main game mode I play. This is the first year it's had this problem, at least to this extent, and it's totally unacceptable. SORT IT OUT!
