Wrong reward given

Hey L3G0H3AD9​ sorry to see that you are having issues.

In situations like this we are not able to change the reward selected and there is no one at EA who can.

The best thing I can recommend is that going forward you double and triple check before making any decision or input in-game.

If you do think that there was a bug, would you have a video of what occurred?

How can I show a video of this . I’m not the only one to complain about this bug on this forum clearly ea don’t care about there gamers 

I’ve had the same issue too. If you go on the rewards hub outside of UT the seasonal track doesn’t display properly so I accidentally selected the defender reward instead of the attacker reward. An easy fix would be to give players all three evolutions at each tier (1,2 and 3) if you can’t manually adjust players specific evolutions once they have claimed them as the cards aren’t even that strong at the current stage of the game. They’re just nice to have as the players available represent a lot of people’s childhood icons & I was looking forward to levelling mine up but have now been soft locked out. 

Hey L3G0H3AD9​, anytime we have seen reports of this, the team has not been able to recreate the issue so without a video, the assumption is user error.

I know this is not what you want to hear but I will pass it on to the team.

If you are opening rewards like this going forward, then I would recommend recording it in case you have the same issue.
