X box servers, and game

EA are you going to sort the x box servers out or what I have been stressing for weeks now that the servers are faulty on the x box one??? Game is crashing mid way through a game and disconnecting. Its useless playing the game there is no enjoyment what so ever if I speak my mind you will then send me private messages to ban my account. Sort the servers out please.

    I suffer the same experience with my x box, as well as EA nobody cares, for a game that I paid an amount for, and its now, Jan 2026.

    Actually this issue isn't only with the xbox one even Xbox Series X/S the worst is that my xbox series crashes and sends me to the xbox dashboard when the server disconnects  i tried to contact ea and talk about the issue but they keep ignoring us
