Xbox Series S – Clubs Not Working + Season Pass Unavailable (Consistent Errors)
Hi EA Team,
I am experiencing ongoing issues on EA Sports FC 26 that appear to be server or account related. I contacted support and received Case ID #241739143 and was advised to post here.
Issues:
- Clubs mode fails to connect or load
- Season Pass is currently unavailable and not progressing
- Ultimate Team works normally
Error Messages (every attempt):
- “The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.”
- “Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.”
Platform and Setup:
- Xbox Series S
- Wired and mobile hotspot tested
- NAT Type Open
- Ping around 40 to 47 ms
- UPnP enabled
Troubleshooting completed:
- Restarted console and network
- Cleared MAC address
- Reinstalled the game
- Tested multiple networks
- Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi)
Additional notes:
- Errors occur every single attempt (not intermittent)
- Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass
- Connection is stable in other modes
