Transfer list gains extra previously owned cards after sales

Hi EA_Pulsar,

The glitch is still present after my first message here, although not to the extent that it causes me to exceed the 100-item limit on my transfer list.

Here is the requested information:

• EA ID / username: Rampage_A7X
• Platform: PC
• Player name(s) affected: multiple, see below
• Item version: Rare Gold
• Number of duplicate items: at least 20
• Whether the duplicated items show as First Owner: Yes, all of them
• Whether the items appear in-game, Web App, Companion App, or all of them: They appear on all available platforms. The items can be stored in my club, sold and used in matches.

Some additional information that might be helpful:

• I usually have around 90–100 items on my transfer list, with a high amount of fluctuation due to frequent buying and selling. I don't know whether this could have any connection to the glitch.
• I don't know exactly when the issue first occurred. I only noticed it after a first owner Luis Díaz appeared on my transfer list, even though I was sure I had never packed this card. It is possible that additional duplicated items appeared before or after my initial report without me noticing them.
• I tried to store as many of the affected items as possible in my club because I did not want to profit from the glitch. I discarded some others in order to get my Transfer List back below 100 items.
• I have attached a screenshot showing items on my Transfer List that I am 100% sure are a result of the glitch. I do not remember packing these players, and they do not appear as packed items in the in-game gallery.
• I also attached a JSON file containing data for these players that I gathered from the network requests made by the UT Web App while accessing the transfer list. Perhaps the item/resource IDs or other data in the file can help you trace how these items were created or where they came from.

Since impacted users/players, including myself, might be a bit worried for their transfer list and transfer market access and account in general. This was not done intentially to profit from this bug, but caused by a visual glitch in the App itself...

Facing the same issue just recently and thought it might be a visual glitch / bug at first...

Only when trying to re-list players via Companion App on mobile.

I'm experiencing what appears to be the same bug, and I've confirmed that the extra cards appear both in the Web App and in the game—not just in the Web App display.

It seems to happen when my transfer list is full: after N cards sell, refreshing the Web App causes N additional cards that I previously owned to appear on the transfer list. These extra cards are marked as “First Owner” in both the Web App and the game, even though they were not first-owner cards.

I hope the EA team can investigate and fix this as soon as possible. I'm concerned about the unexpected cards appearing on my account through no action of my own.

I'm seeing a similar issue with my transfer list in the EA FC Web App. A few extra cards have appeared, so the number of cards shown is higher than I expected. I initially thought it might be a display or refresh issue, but I haven't been able to confirm why those cards are there.

Has anyone found a way to tell whether these are real separate items or a Web App synchronization bug? Could the EA team please investigate? I'm happy to provide screenshots and further details if needed.

I'm having a strange issue with my transfer list and the players on it.

After logging in earlier today and relisting my expired items, I noticed that some unlisted items remained on my transfer list. These appeared to be duplicates of players I already had on the list.

At first, I thought it was just a visual glitch that could be fixed by restarting the game. However, the duplicated cards seem to be actual separate items. I'm able to sell both the original card that was already on my transfer list and the duplicated card. I can also store the duplicated or original card in my club.

The duplicated players are shown as "First Owner," even though I have never packed them.

Since I first noticed the issue earlier today, more and more players have appeared as duplicates on my transfer list. This eventually caused my transfer list to exceed the 100-item limit. While the list was over the limit, I couldn't remove items normally, so I had to sell or discard items to get back below 100.

I've attached a screenshot showing some of the duplicated players, as well as screenshots from my gallery showing that I never packed these players. I've also included a screenshot showing 104/100 items on my transfer list. Trying to list additional items while in this state resulted in an error message.

There is nothing specific that I have done to trigger this issue. The duplicates seem to appear on their own, and I'm concerned that this could potentially result in my account being flagged or banned even though I haven't intentionally done anything to cause or exploit the issue.

I'm playing on PC with EA App.
