Cant open world of chel without getting this error and being returned to the main menu. Happened sometime after viewing the real money store in WoC. Ive tried uninstalling the game muiltiple times and it doesnt work. only bought the game for WoC and cant get my money back.
Did you find a fix ? Been having the same issue
I will start by saying this didn't work for me, but I did find some hope for a moment with this idea: go to saved data and delete all saved data from console storage for chel 25, then uninstall the game. Hopefully that works for you as the only info related to this problem I have found was from chel 24. I guess this is a reoccurring issue for EA. I don't expect anything from this company anymore, actually the only thing I expect is that everything that can go wrong will when it comes to their games. I don't see much hope now if any of you are in the same boat as me I would highly suggest you request a refund before its too late.
