Bug? Ea account not properly linked after Playtest (customer service useless)
So, I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but I don’t know where else to turn to since the ea “customers help” bot is utterly useless for real problems.
I used this account to do the Skate playtest on PS5 last year, and recently tried connecting the same profile with my pc. I quickly found out that this ea account is connected to a PlayStation network ID that looks like a fake gibberish name instead of my PSN ID. I’m afraid to try and reconnect to my actual PSN because I don’t know if that’s going to lose all my progress and if I can even figure out what ea account my ps5 skate is actually linked with so I can change as needed..
Has anybody else experienced this or have a solution?
Also, are there seriously ZERO humans to talk to at customer service now?
