Bugs About teleporting and party member locations!

First off I wanna say great job so far on the game, We love it and we understand there will be bugs.  I'd like to bring a few of them i have encountered into light.

1- When on a black loading screen or usually when i Teleport back to my waypoint i will be stuck on a black screen forever. I can hear the environment. but cant see anything. so i have to force close my game to get it to work. 

2- When in a party with some friends the Icon showing their said location at times would be stuck in one spot, Therefore we could be in hedgemont while the icon of their location is in the skatepark of Market Mile. While they both are standing next to me. happens quite often. pc and internet is flawless on my end. 

3- sometimes after finishing a challenge a mission would be missing.
