Hi dillon824 ,
Thank you for sharing the DxDiag. You haven’t done anything wrong by providing it, and I appreciate you taking the time to help us investigate this. Let’s try repairing the graphics and Windows components first. These steps use Windows’ built-in tools and official driver updates:
- Download and install the latest Game Ready Driver for your RTX 5070 Ti through the NVIDIA app or NVIDIA’s official driver page. If the installer offers a clean installation option, please select it.
- Restart your PC after installing the driver.
- Open Command Prompt as administrator and run these commands one at a time:
- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- sfc /scannow
Please allow each command to finish completely before restarting your PC. These are built-in Windows tools that check for and repair damaged Windows components.
- Go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics, select skate., choose Options, and set it to High performance so that Windows uses the RTX 5070 Ti instead of the integrated AMD graphics.
- As a temporary test, disconnect your additional monitor and turn off HDR before launching the game. This will help us rule out a display configuration conflict.
Once those steps are complete, restart the EA app as an administrator and try launching the game again.
Let us know how that goes.
