crashing after queue and in game

After waiting in an almost 40000 person queue they game crashed. Reloaded the game waited in yet another almost 40000 person queue i got into the game played for five mnutes and the game crashed again. sort it  -  IT JUST HAPPENED AGAIN!!! As I was writing this I was waiting in the queue and when I got through the game crashed again. If the game crashes you shouldn't be making people wait in the queue again, thats a good way to make people stop playing as has just happened now. I will not be playing this game till you sort it out.
