Critical Low Memory and Gray Screen

My game keeps crashing on open and I haven't been able to play since launch. Beta ran fine which is absolutely ridiculous. 

I played the beta multiple times before, and it ran like butter. Now, any time I open the game through steam, it crashes with the error "Critical low memory" or something along those lines. It tells me to reset my pc, but the game still refuses to open when I do. With the EA launcher version, my screen goes  completely gray with these blue vertical lines on it, and the only way to fix this is to restart my pc entirely, or its just stuck on my screen and I can't do anything with my pc. Not once have I been able to play since it launched on the 16th. 

I have reinstalled my GPU drivers, rebooted my pc multiple times, deleted and reinstalled the game (to different drives too), repaired EA javelin anti cheat, and it keeps happening every single time. Not sure what to do so I'm here, and any additional advice would be extremely helpful!!

My PC specs are: R7 9800x3d, 64 gb DDR5 6000mhz, rtx 5090 32gb, and 5 tb in ssds.
