Error Code 852146987

It’s going on 5 days of this im beyond annoyed and I quit 

At this point I just wanna know when I can play Skate again like sheesh im watching everyone play with no issue

My assumption is that, because the hotspot worked the first time, this might be a connectivity issue. Can you check your router's NAT type and manually open the next ports?

I have this issue now too and I assure you my internet connection is not the issue, haven’t been able to get past the menu in Skate but going to play Diablo or marvel rivals I have a perfectly sound connection. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game, restored licences, cleared cache and rebuilt database in safe mode, unlinked and relinked my ea account to my console, Any baseline troubleshooting you can think of I’ve tried and nothing is working.

So it’s going on 2 weeks now I want to play my game that I spent my money on, this is ridiculous your telling me to do some extra stuff to my router when everything in my house works EXCEPT to for this game like wth, every game works on my Xbox the connection isn’t the problem this needs to be handled I come home from work everyday hoping to play the game and can’t 

It’s not us it’s EA, I can’t even log into this forum thing u see my wifi, instead of taking accountability and actually putting the work in they’re making excuses

W00Fbaybee​ I know this is a frustrating situation, but the fact that using a different Internet connection (hotspot) worked means there must be something restrictive in your connection that our game is picking up, which is why you are getting that Error Code. Other games might work because they might not be configured that way, but the fact that changing the Internet connection worked is a symptom that some steps must be followed.

FreddyisJeddy​ Have you tried connecting with a different connection or using your phone as a hotspot?

I just want to clarify to both of you that this issue was also escalated to the game team, but we need to follow different steps to understand where the issue is. You are free not to follow those steps, but that means things might go more slowly or might not advance.

Great so now for 10 days I haven’t been able to play my game and your sitting here telling me to do some weird stuff that I don’t know anything about to my internet just to play this one game thanks a lot ea

Yeh im not a fan anymore you guys got it this is lame I spent mad money on purchases in this game for u guys to just up and randomly decide how I can play it when I been playing it with no issue since playtesting on this same internet, very unhappy
