EA_cuervo​ Can we please get some more effort put into resolving this issue? You're losing players that really enjoy the game. I've tried many of the solutions shown in this forum with no luck. No changes to network, hardware, accounts, etc. The error just started showing up randomly 1 day. To me, that sounds like a problem on your end.

Hey HUNv​, I'm really sorry to hear that you can't connect. I know it's quite frustrating when that happens. 

Could you please try setting up a hotspot on your phone to see if it connects? We just need to test it to see whether the issue is related to the connection. And since you're on PC, you can also try a Clean Boot, which will disable all other background programs in case one is causing a conflict with the game/connection.

I'm a server-opening player from China midland.

Since the Season 4 update, I haven't been able to log into the game. I've tried countless fixes but nothing worked.

 I ran into the same issue back when Season 2 launched, and a VPN/accelerator helped then. Now I haven't been able to play for a whole week. I keep looking for solutions every single day, yet nothing works.

 I can't sleep or eat properly, and I've lost all motivation to do anything. I'm really upset over this. Please devs, fix this bug as soon as possible.I just wanna play the game i love.😩💔

I had this same error last season along with error 3982909855. I did all of the troubleshooting steps I was recommended with no change, and then the next day it just started working again. I think EA needs to be looking at their end on this one as well, including improved error code clarity. "Failed to connect to EA services" could mean a dozen different things and the fact that they have multiple error codes that display the same message means they can detect some of them and are intentionally not providing any additional information.

Alright this absurd. I’m having the same issue. I went to the discord to try to get an answer and was forced here.

never had any issues until this week and I was one of the first players to start from the get go. HOPING my play would benefit the game. 

Clearly you guys re disregarding this situation because both of these players above me have had ZERO improvement. Please start thinking about your players as humans, not a number and dollar sign.
