GAME WONT LAUNCH ON EA APP PLEASE ASSIST

i attempted to launch the game on the ea app and it would open after the splashscreen. so i went to the troubleshooting guide. i then launched it as an administrator and the game crashed as usual but this time it told me: 

this shows me that there is something wrong with the ea app and the game needs to be fixed on the ea side of things.   PLS FIX THIS BC I REALLY WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME
