Game Won't Start, DiscSoftLTD (Daemon Tools)

Game seemingly won't start if reWASD is installed on computer, even if no reWASD processes are currently running. Says DiscSoft LTD daemon process is running, doesn't give me enough info to diagnose the issue it's having, it should at least tell you the name of the process it has trouble with. Everything even remotely related to daemon tools or reWASD has been disabled, but the game still refuses to open. I find all this ridiculous, because upon first installing the game, it did in fact launch with no issues. I had no issues launching the game during the beta, but upon full release I, and my brother are faced with this issue on both our PCs. I should not have to fully uninstall this software just to play this 8 GB game, that's just a ridiculous thing to expect of a user. I literally disabled and stopped every process related to daemon tools/reWASD, but the game still won't work. Issue occurs when launching from both Steam and EA app.
