I read that this issue was "fixed" in the latest update, but I am sad to report that this is untrue. My game always launched is 640x480 now.

For quite some time skate startet for me really weird. It changes resolution during the loading screens and when finally joined it looks like skate 1 / 480p or sth
The workaround for me is to go to graphic settings, change it from borderless fullscreen to fullscreen, accept changes, switch it back to borderless (because i had a hard-crash when playing fullscreen last time).
when exiting the settings it prompts me this
although i dont have unsaved changes. I click "yes" and can play like normal. Until the next restart of the game.
