Interresting case. As I see you have an Intel Arc graphics card. Also the graphics quality is set to low.
I've checked the minimum requirement for the game but it do not display any info for Intel GPU. Based on Reddit post about Battlefield, it seems that the driver for Arc GPU are not optimized for the Frostbite engine...
Side question, do you play on Steam or from the EA App ?
those issues were when i played on steam. however, as of my last 11 hours of playtime i have moved over to the EA App to see if i can narrow it down whether or not it was just a steam issue or not. and to my surprise, i have not had any crashes or freezes ever since i moved to the EA App. very weird. on steam it would have crashed/freeze like 2-6 times in that time frame.
I saw a similar post about the same DX12 error from a guy playing on Steam with a high end PC.

ye, i played for several more hours earlier on the EA App since my last reply and still no issues as far as freezing or crashing so its gotta be the steam version for some reason.. which is a shame cause I would prefer to use the steam platform but 🤷better than nothing for now...
