Haven’t been able to load up my game all day and I can play other games no internet connection issue

I'm on PC and played the playtest for over a month until August 29th, now I'm getting error 852146987.
I've tried everything, reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA app, but nothing.
Has anyone solved the problem and been able to play again? Contacting support is impossible.
