Haven’t been able to load up my game all day and I can play other games no internet connection issue

Ideas
Context, loaded into the game and just got a cannot not connect to the internet with the above error code.
tried everything from, resinstalling the game, installing the game on both steam and ea app, and a different computer.
then i tried making an alt account and when loading into the game i got a UAC prompt and i was able to play. but i did not get the UAC prompt when using my main account
Same code - haven't been able to boot the game at all since it released on Steam. Sits at configuring screen then Error Code: 852146987
