Haven’t been able to load up my game all day and I can play other games no internet connection issue

Ideas
Context, loaded into the game and just got a cannot not connect to the internet with the above error code.
tried everything from, resinstalling the game, installing the game on both steam and ea app, and a different computer.
then i tried making an alt account and when loading into the game i got a UAC prompt and i was able to play. but i did not get the UAC prompt when using my main account
Same issue on xbox series x, haven't been able to get in once since launch. Have reinstalled and made sure my ea account is verified and still have the same issues. Tried on my sons account on my console and he didn't have any issues.
