I just created a new thread but I'm sharing it here too because it's all very ridiculous and everyone needs to know

And I'm still here because EA doesn't want me to play this game, after I played the pre-alpha for over a month, all through August until the 29th, only to get error 852146987 every time. Now Season 1 is out and I'm getting "error 461960325, you are currently banned from matchmaking servers." This all seems like a joke to me. I've never cheated on any game, just check my account, but then cheat on Skate.? What's the point? Really? The support is non-existent and these guys on the Team only respond to whoever the **bleep** they want. on discord they also delete messages if you want to ask for help. the first screenshot is from September and the second is from yesterday"
