Haven’t been able to load up my game all day and I can play other games no internet connection issue

Ideas
So I managed to get back access to my account and into the game. An EA agent replied to an incident case I made and the first suggestion was to flush the DNS cache, I did, restarted the computer, and I could get back in the game.
And to do this:
1)- Open the Windows Command Prompt (Windows key + R; type "cmd" and hit enter)
2)- type "ipconfig /flushdns"
3)- Restart computer.
4)- Back in the game (at least for me)
I highly suggest trying this and reporting back, and hopefully more people than just me can get back into the game and the grind.
