Thanks for sharing but it's useless, also because I think that only 1% of players use a VPN to play skateboarding, here there are more serious problems, such as incompetent developers. Let's hope this game fails soon, so maybe they will think about making a better one

Heya, I've been having this issue since S2, but I've made one step of progress on figuring out the issue, at least on my single case, but I'm sharing it in case anyone wants to try it out and maybe call back with new info.
So this is what happened:
I launched the game with the Tunnelbear VPN ON connected to a neighbouring country, and launched the game, my game connected after a restart of the game, and I was in, I then closed the game, turned the VPN OFF, and then relaunched and got the same error back. 

These developers are bad, making a broken game like this in 2025. We will probably never get unbanned. Ridiculous.

Same DUCK. As far as I’m concerned they are crooks charging to play and then have login issues and no one helps. They just sent me a survey and I might even look into a class action lawsuit just to be petty. Waited so long for this game and now I just wanna throw my Xbox through the wall

This was a DNS issue for me. Changed the settings to auto and it worked. Weird but one been playing skate before season 2 and other games fine with (adguard) DNS settings on previously. 

This is just one of the 2 errors I get. Been on chat with people for hours. They just tell me to do the same stuff that doesn’t work 

Same problem but i got banned for something random and i got a message on my screen that my acc is suspended but when i close it i get the error message

I played the entire playtest in July without any problems. It's ridiculous that after two months they still haven't fixed anything. No one on the team helps you, in fact they ignore you. I think I'll stop thinking about it and never play again. I created a second account specifically for this situation, but I've abandoned it now. I've lost the desire to play. It's all very ridiculous.

I figured out looking online for a bit, to change your DNS code to googles code which is 8.8.8.8, 8.8.8.8. I also cleared my "alternate Mac address" at the same time, either could've fixed it but the game would not let me in and kept coming up with the same error code until I did this. This is for Xbox btw, not sure how you'd do this on PC. Hopefully this helps someone else. I bought the founders edition literally 2 days so I was fuming when it wouldn't let me in

guys i had this issue for ages trying to play skate, i had an ethernet connected to my playstation 5, i though i might as well try while my ps5 was connected to mobile data and it finally let me in, its got something to do with wifi, possibly the nat type or something. hope this helps
