performance bug on Xbox series S consoles

before the 0.28 update the game ran smoothly, now there is a noticeable difference in performance, with much longer loading times, input delay, frames dropping, stuttering/jittering/rubberbanding, pixelated textures, and lag spikes causing your skater to float/move in slow motion, as well as co-op challenges not working, the invisible party members issue still persists, and teleporting to party members is broken. i’ve attached some photos as well as a video showing the frame drops and “slow motion” this video was not edited and happened in game in real time.
