Hi there. We're currently investigating this. Can you give me the EA ID of the account you're playing on? Also, can you answer the following?

What happens when you log back in after encountering the Mega Ramp crash?
Are you sent back to the beginning of the tutorial or can you continue from where you left off?
Are you seeing anything odd after logging back in?
