we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Been softlocked since launch week on this mission. Vee says the same voice-line and interrupts gameplay after every single challenge.

What MIssion/Challenge? No specific challenge
Username: ✪BanjaxProblem: Occasionally when I log in, typically after reset in case that matters, and go to start a challenge (typically solo), no challenge stuff comes up, the HUD simply disappears. I can still skate around freely but I cannot access any menu. As far as I can tell, it can't even register any task completion either. Typically I can get around this by using Alt+F4 and booting up the game again. Hasn't happened twice in a row to me so far.
P.S. I hope this was an appropriate place to post this. First time trying to use the forums to report problems.

please help!Hello my gamertag is H20 Salvo and I am on xbos. I got locked on the very first mission of the game. I've been playing, but never been able to do any missions
My game has been soft locked since day one of early access. At first, I would complete step 1 of “Spots and how to own them” and the screen would go black. After the last update it doesn’t go black anymore but it doesn’t show me step two. It’s like the game gets stuck… I can’t level up, I can’t visit the shop. I bought the $40 edition of this game and can’t even get what I want out of it
