we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

If Mission, what step in the Mission?

You should be able to go back to the spot and try again. Try untracking the mission.
I've tried this multiple times and it doesn't work
I cannot progress this mission, there is no where marked it just says head to Bonski skatepark and complete the AR program but I am already there. I have tried restarting the game and leaving the skatepark and going back

Right after leaving the skate shop it will not let me track any new missions or see any missions
Same. I’ve tried everything. Closed and reopened game, uninstalled and reinstalled, even tried to install on my pc and and open the game with my same ea account. Nothing. Incredibly frustrating.
it doesn't even let you untrack the mission, there is no way to retry it
I tried. Did not work. Nothing to go back to on the island. No mission. Just roaming around
Missions is also locked. Same with store.
