we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges.
the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info.
please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:

Hey, I'm stuck in the tutorial and not sure what to do. It says I need 150 bucks to get a new box to open but I only have 75 with no way of getting anymore. My username is Mikey6174 if you need that. I'm not sure what to do

Been stuck for me like this too now for hours. This was released as a live service update title, can we please just start working on an update :(
I’ve completed 70 challenge goals, but the game still shows 0 out of 70. I’m unable to progress through the game because I’ve finished everything in the first area and can’t move on until this issue is fixed.
Got stuck in the first tour mission in Part 7, my friends where able to complete it perfectly fine and I’m stuck.

Same is happening to me now. Any fix?
I'm on 2/3 in Support your local mission. I need to open the shop but instead of shop on my screen show up main hub screen with missions and I can't progress. I tried restarting the game and reinstalling it but still I have the same issue. I'm playing on Xbox my nickname is Sadolkox
The challenge is asking me to do a flip trick and grind in one sequence which I’ve done a million times but it won’t register. I cannot progress with the game until this challenge is complete. I have been trying to find a solution since 10:30 this morning it is now 4pm. Extremely frustrating! The game is a lot of fun but what’s the point if I can’t even play it???
