Start not working (PS5)

Last night I opened the game and tried to start. The title card showed up and would appear to work normally until the start “x” message was present. I kept clicking the x button to start but it wouldn’t work. I tried to delete and reinstall the game, restore licenses, restart my playstation, delete saved game data, update system settings, restore playstation settings to default. I tried every possible solution to this problem but none of them worked.  I really want to play this game but I don’t know how to fix this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
