Update: Fresh installation of Windows 11 and drivers, fresh installation of the game, yet still crashing. Have tried repairing the game again, reinstalling the game again, repairing the anti-cheat, reinstalling the anti-cheat, launching in Windowed mode, but absolutely nothing works. Launching the game still completely freezes my system requiring a hard reset through power button.
