[URGENT] Stuck Cam Bug

Cam gets stuck looking down and never adjusts to normal vertical level after using any vertical surface. This bug has existed since launch and makes vert unplayable.

Happens at 0 or 10 vertical cam follow strength. Attached video is at 10 vertical follow strength. As you can see, it's not working.

PLEASE LET US SET A DEFAULT ON-BOARD CAMERA ANGLE!

The vertical angle always changes, even using ramps and getting air. It never resets to the proper angle and causes me to not be able to see. It's always either too high or too low. 

PLEASE put this at the top of your list for bug fixes. Thanks.
