Putting out Daily, Weekly, Seasonal, and Event Tasks that require challenge completions, and not having the ability to complete those challenges to earn the necessary credits to obtain the desired "rewards" due to the game malfunctioning I highly highly doubt will in any way be "reimbursed" to the player base that has spent time on these. The unfortunate reality is you might as well not waste your time and quit playing until it's fixed if these things are what's important to you in the game because it's just going to be time wasted and you're not going to get anything back.
The worst part is that people paid money for the opportunity to earn additional rewards, and are essentially being robbed with EA taking their money and not holding their end of the bargain, which in the end could be interpreted as theft if the funds aren't refunded.
Do I believe the player base should be "reimbursed" for time lost attempting to play the game as intended to earn rewards and being denied that through glitches/bugs? Absolutely. But don't hold your breath.
