I bought 5 cards of mara jade Skywalker shards. After being initially given about 35 shards total, I got redirected to her character overview, were I was given the option to raise her to level 85 and upgrade her equipment (neither worked), before the game crashed. Now I got neither my 6000 crystals, nor the shards, which I bought.
Hope somebody reads this and can help, thanks in advance!

Exact same to me, I purchased the 13k pack. game crashed all 77 shards are gone. Ally code 243-191-191

Same here... She is also stuck on level 0, as are the loaned units and can't upgrade her.
