Can't check Relic Materials on R4 6* after update?

up until today you could click on a toon if under 7* and see what was needed to level up the relics once you hit the next * etc.

after todays update when you have lets say a 6* , R4 toon, you can no longer click the relic item and you get a popup that says

"Relic Amplifier unlock requirement:

Gear Tier XIII"

but the toon is of course relic 4 already...
