EA_Gunner CG_Meathead Why no update on this? Why no communication? I've opened several tickets. Two were autoclosed because it hadn't been 24 hours. Why do I need to provide proof of purchase? Your system can't track users, purchases, and fulfillments? Are you vibe-coding?
The webstore promises bonuses with your purchase and then doesn't give those out - seems like fraud or at least negligence. Do you enjoy people being angry with you?
edit: and now support is saying the crystals and coaxium were delivered to my account. There is no coaxium in my account from this purchase. You control shipping and receiving in this situation. How do you not know what is in my account?
I agree. Even if the root cause of the problem is still under investigation, they should be able to correct the specific issues by providing the missing progress on the Heist track equal to the amount we should have gotten
