I just bought the conquest pass, and it is not rewarding the proper rewards. It gave me ten shards of Jocasta instead of 20 shards of sm-33 and the datacrons. And the same goes for the rest of the rewards. It is either something completely different or only some of what you’re supposed to get. I attached one example of what I mean. I was supposed to get currency and more gear. But it only gave me ten pieces of gear. These rewards are crucial and limited time, so this is a huge deal.

The little pop-up is just for items in the randomized box. Everything else on the reward track is awarded as soon as you click on it. You can test this by checking your roster prior to collecting the reward, and comparing to after.

The number on the box indicates how many of the potential reward items you will receive. In your example, it is one of the nine possible items. So you received the correct number of items.
