  • I even tried the help me website, but the people there kept answering me that it was my fault. I opened 3 tickets and on the 4th try, they just ignored me. Have been ignoring for 4 hours now.

    hey there! thanks for answering, but what do you mean by "unable to confirm the issue on our end"? as shown in the video, the challenges are done, but the quest is not completed and there's no way it could be something i did wrong, because they both reset at the same time. so I would very much appreciate it if you could just give me a better answer than that and some sort of help or the chest rewards  cause as an early game account those small rewards are very impactful. thanks in advance!! : )

  • update: after telling me to try and reset the app as a solution for my problem, the 4th ticket has also been terminated with no answer

    plus the issue is not resolved and i simply don't understand why youguys are treating the issue with such disregard
